Re: "Job failed because file name is invalid"

Hello Nino,

It doesn't look like any of the Community Members has an any additional info on this one, so I would recommend contacting the Support Department: 1-800-821-2797.

Thanks,

Seriously Xerox, we are not best friends anymore? Just client and supplier kind of who cares you already paid?

Re: "Job failed because file name is invalid"

%M;%s is not acceptable because of the semicolon, %M%s is acceptable but didn't change, same error.

Re: "Job failed because file name is invalid"

Any difference if you set file naming from Auto to Advanced and using %M;%s ?

"Job failed because file name is invalid"

Product Name: Phaser 3635MFP
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I checked the officeial guide and read many tickets concerning the same issue, no luck, I am unable to make it work.

The share on the PC works, the share user was configured, the PC is accessable from the LAN where the 3635 is located.

Please see screenshots below and let me know how to make it work. Thanks
