If you have not already resolved this issue, we suggest you search our online knowledgebase for this product: DocuColor 250. Also consider contacting EFI support.

"The MyDocs Service is down" need some assistance with my Docucolor 250

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 7

I accidentally renamed (in greek letters) a scanned file in the DOCS tab, clicked SAVE and then got this message " The MyDocs Service is down "!

After that I couldn't get in the DOCS tab, on any browser, on either of my PCs!

I can navigate on the other four tabs!

Please tell me what to do!!!
