Re: "Unable to scan at this point in time " only affecting one user

Too many variables.

First step would be to go into CWIS and do a search of that user and compare the results with another one.

But outcome will change due to how you setup, does the machine send to the specific user? Does it also send from the logged in user?

Can it only send to the logged in user or is it /does it send to anyone?

"Unable to scan at this point in time " only affecting one user

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I wonder if anyone can help. We are a large organisation with several hundred Xerox printers on site and I have one user who can swipe at the printers, print, copy but when they try to scan to email they get the message "Unable to scan at this point in time ". It works fine for other users so it seems to be something to do with the users account but I'm not even sure where to start looking.

All of our users are on Microsoft Exchange. I've checked the users account in AD and can find no irregularities.

Thanks in advance.
