I have a MacBook Air, and I am trying to use my WorkCentre 3345 to scan documents to my laptop. I downloaded the driver, and when I go to System Preferences and click on Printers and Scanners, I click on the WorkCentre 3345 printer, I see the options of "Print"/"Scan". When I click on Scan and "Open Scanner", this missage comes up:
You do not have permission to open the application “Xerox ICA Driver”.
What does this mean? I have tried several ways to use the printer to scan to my laptop using the CentreWare page also, but nothing seems to work.
