Re: saving subject lines

Hi Joe

You can create a 1-touch App on the device of your email workflow.  Log in as the System Administrator at the device.  Select the Email App and set up your workflow.  Scroll to the bottom of the screen and save as a 1-touch App.

saving subject lines

Product Name: AltaLink B8145 / B8155 / B8170 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

We scan the same information daily, like a daily position report, and would like to save the subject so that we don't have to put this in each day.  Is there a way to do this, or is there a way I can get this idea to the software developers to pay for the software changes?

We scan multiple documents a day with the same 20 subjects every day, and this is time consuption of typing it in, or just scanning and changing the file name later, either way, it is not efficient.
