We experienced some issues with our Workcenter M24 printer and we did (ALL NVM) reset.
After the reset, we re-adjusted all NVM value as per the attached document found on the hidden compartment (Tray-1).
We have recovered all functionalities of our printer except the scan-email option which has disappeared from the main menu.
We were not able to set the value of the chain link 840-014 to 1 (Error message appear: incorrect value)
When looking on the workcentre M24 Service Manual, we found this note on page 1190 (Scan to E-mail enable (WC 24 only) NOTE: In order to set value to 1, enter) No think appear after enter.
Please. What we should enter to set this NVM to 1 since it's 0 now.
PS: all required Network configuration (smtp, ...) has been configured by mean of internet service and the send email option is ticked.
