Largest email it can send is 10MB in size, so set it to that and if you still can't do it in 1 email you will need to lower the resolution of the scan.

 

Size is CWIS > Properties > Protocol > SMTP > Maximum Message Size

And the resolution if needed is CWIS > Properties > Email > Email Setup > Default Scan Resolution

scan multiple pages into one email document workcentre

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I am currently using a workcentre 3220 for scanning.  I most often scan documents which are 5-20 pages.  Currently, when it scans to my email it will do 3 pages to each email instead of the full document.  This results in 8-12 emails for one document.  How do i change the settings to have it scan all in one?
