Hello abraaosilvestre, 

I found a couple of article on scanning via USB for you to review. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Scanner icon does not appear in Xerox print and Scan Experience.

I'm using the 6515 with USB cable directly on my Laptop. I've tried several things, installed and reinstalled the available drivers (Twain, etc) from Xerox support and it doesn't work! I can print normally, but I cannot scan. I'm already hopeless!

My OS: Windows 10 Pro x64

drivers I already installed:
- XeroxScanExperience_7.5.92.0_x64
- XeroxSmartStart_1.6.28.0
