Hi!

https://forum.support.xerox.com/t5/Copying-Faxing-Scanning/GMail-Less-Secure-Apps-Going-Away/m-p/249...

I followed this instructions and the email service of the printer is now working with a gmail account. I just enable the 2 step verification and created an app password. Let me know if you need any help.

You should go to GOOGLE Settings instead Gmail Settings, that's the difference, go go google.com, touch your picture, click on manage your Google Account. This is the place where you have to take a look. Hope this helps.

Hi, I did all the steps as you said but Google deactivated the Less secured App Access option in the gmail account, do you know any other solution? Thanks!

Yes, I did the same. I created a separate account without 2fa and enabling that. Not sure what I'm missing...
