you need to setup relating on your smtp server and add the ip address of your printer
contact your local IT guy
1. U can check the smtp server, it can be set to drop the relay to external email address.
2. Exist the email address from on the smtp server?
I'm using a 5665 workcentre and have become unable to email scanned documents outside of our domain. Within the domain emailing the scans works fine. No error messages show up on the printer. No error messages show up on the destination computer outside the domain. The inbox for the workcentre receives the email with attachment in its inbox rather than the recipient outside of the domain. Any ideas how to fix this?
