Please take a look at the solution for setting up scan to email and make sure all of your settings are correct.  If there was an error code please search on that code for further information.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

scan to mail, message-id duplicity

Hi,


There is a problem with scan to e-mail on Xerox Phaser 6180

reason why message is not delivered from zimbra logs:
lmtp - Not delivering message with duplicate Message-ID <A6723BC7752C3B11EEF0926ED7B1ABF7.xerox1@xxxx.com>

 

This means that every scaned document is delivered with same Message-ID, it looks like implemetation problem.

 

Any solution?
