scan to mailbox

I disabled the IP V6 and the scan completed really quickly.

Hello,

When i try to do a scan to mailbox of two or three pages it takes along time and if i see in the queue it says processing.

Its on CQ9203 single board controller I even updated the software to a higher version.but if i connect the laptop with a cross cable and scan upto 10 pages its less then a minute.
