It's a print instruction fail, it is nearly always caused by printing to a paper that isn't supported, I can't think of a reason that every job would do that unless it was entirely the wrong driver.
If it is happening to every job, try another driver from Xerox.com, if it happens only in a specific job or application you would need to give vastly more details.
I'm pretty certain it is too old to use SMB on anything remotely current (Can't do SMB2 or 3)
After the WannaCry thing it is likely impossible to get it to go. You would be better off setting up for FTP, of course that means setting the PC up for FTP, so if multiple PC's, you may want to go through setting FTP up to 1 PC, and mapping the FTP locations with SMB to the client PC's.
I'm pretty limited in what I can provide for setups right now since Xerox.com is pretty broken the last 48 hours and I can't even see if this device uses templates or a scan program to actually set up the scanning.
