I found this article on Unable to Scan that has some trouble shooting steps for you to try. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

scaning

Product Name: Xerox B225 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Hello,

 I have problem with scaning with B225 multif. printer. Whenever I try to scan something, nothing happened. I try to Xerox Print and Scan Experience soft and Microsoft Scan soft, both with same result. I only get message that system cann´t find scanner. 

 Print is OK.
