scanner jam

Product Name: Xerox C235 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi I have a new Xerox C235, the scanner and copier have not worked efficiently since new.  I repeatedly hve error code 280.13 when copying or scanning.  The current resolution is to switch off from the mains each time and reboot. the printer is not on a network, any suggestions please?

I couldn't find the error code that you're reporting, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.
