i have the workcenter 6400 and 5150, we had the technician come and set up the fax, i put in the phone number, and our display name.... no one can send us anything and it fails upon sending, we had the lines tested, our pots lines are up and running, i dont know what to do, could someone help me please? the technician cant come back today, we have all our faxes currently going threw a little faxer.
