scanning all the documents in red or yellow

Product Name: AltaLink C8130 / C8135 / C8145 / C8155 / C8170 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Hello there,

I have these machines installed at our office and all of them are scanning the documents in red or yellow from the feeder tray, any help in this regard will be much appreciated.
