I installed new firmware and the issue was solved.

No it is no printing anything ... just that what happens as I try to scan something.
I am very dissapointed.
When this is happening, is your device printing something at the same time? You may need to call Support for some troublshooting: 1-800-835-6100
the printer is working I can print, but the scanning option is not working.
see the attached photos. it been stucked as on the photo ....I tried to use USB or Network or
to reinstall the drivers still have this problem.
