I searched our knowledgebase and found this article that you can use to troubleshoot your scanning issue. Here are the scanner set up steps in case it needs to be fully set up again.
I need some help, I can print from the computer. But can't scan the documents. It was working fine a few days ago. Now can't scan. On Xerox Easy Document Creator it says Scan to PC not available. I got the Configuration Report and IP address got changed to 192.168.0.77 and on Easy Document Creator the bottom box says
Xerox Workcentre 3225 - 192.168.0.76 and I don't know how to change it? I had similar issue about a year ago.
Please Help Me!!
