If it can't be fixed via the latest firmware 71.24.23

You will need to switch to FTP, this should get you setup on the Windows side of that equation.

When you get to step 7 and choose the Physical Path, make it the shared directory.

Then in the scan template us FTP instead of SMB

same IP address, port 21 and no Directory path.

Login name and password is the Windows account you used in step 11

Operating System: Windows 10 x64

hi all,

we can't scan on new PCs (windows 10x64 1909).

We don't have any antivirus or firewall ( windows 10 firewall disabled too) 

New folder created and succesfully shared with all permissioin granted.

Windows 10 network protection settings lowered.

what we can do?

Zero problems with Older Pcs working with Windows seven and avast antivirus
