Thank you for using the Support Forum.  Have you received any fault codes?  Please look at these solutions and see if any of this information will help.  Scan to email failed or Email address is incorrect.

smtp not working

i would like to scan to e-mail on my xerox 7242. I checked the manual((CWIS)

Solution : Set up or Modify Scan to E-mail Using CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS)  and i did install the roghts settings. But still it isnt working; am getting an invalid sender address or an invalid e-mail adress.


i olny want to mail insite my own network; dont want to send outside.
