You can have an IT person program the printer to smb scan to individual pcs or a shared hard drive. Your setup is to scan to the hard drive of printer and they will need a web browser to access

i know that, but i would like that the users see only the tab folder parts and not other (seeting..) .

i've hear about network scan tools, but it not work with my prtinter.

You could send each person an HTML link to it via email and ghave them bookmark it. But there is no shortcut to getting to a webpage without typing it or clicking a link. The printer is not a server, you can't map it to a PC

now is there any software to display its files without typing the ip address of my printer.

software that works for my printer (xerox workcentre 5865i).
