static white screen

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I tried to update my firmware, and when I updated everything fine but when it finished, the computer restarted and a white screen appeared with the saver energy button blinking. I already tried to do with altboot but when trying to update the firmware I get ERROR, COULD NOT UPDATE
