Ok, found the code in lower left corner of screen. Error 116-365. With a little poking around on internet found how to reset. Turn machine off.  Press and hold at the same time, 4, power saver, and cancel buttons while turning machine back on. Continue holding those three buttons until the machine resets.  Hope this helps others.

The machine must declare a fault code on the touch creen. What code is preent on it?

I have a customer that their WC 5335 displays system error has occcurred turn main switch off then on. If it reoccurs contact system administrator.  They have done this and it does not reset. How can I find out what has gone wrong?
