Check for phone line connection issues that might be causing failed sent faxes. an update.  The error returned indicates Line Busy.  The machine is seeing the double ring as a busy signal.  Is there a way to turn off the detection of the busy signal?

Good afternoon

I have a WorkCentre 3345 that has trouble sending to some locations.  The locations seem to have a forwarded fax line that change from a single ring tone to a double ring tone.  When the fax hears the double ring tone it goes into redial mode.  Once the redial attempts fail the fax fails to send.  Can anyone help me with a work around?
