You can also switch to a different USB port on your computer to check if a faulty port is to blame. If you're connecting the scanner to a USB hub, connect it to a port attached directly to the motherboard instead. Unplug any other devices, particularly scanning devices, that may be causing a conflict with the scanner.

I searched the knowledgebase, and found this article with the steps to send a Scan to your PC.
i can't scan to pc wither with cable connection or network and i didn't find a software to scan .
