Hi gnussbaum,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I am not aware of you being able to use wildcard values to name the scans.  There is a way to change the name of the document at the machine during the scanning process.  Please see the user manual page 143 in the section "Document Name/File Name".  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi,

 

We have a WorkCentre 5225A.

 

I was wondering if we can set up a wildcard, like date/time for the document name instead of "DOC"?
