Hi,

I see that there is a problem with the Magenta Drum unit, also there is a lot of cyan on the copy. I will recommend you to have a tech to diagnose the machine and to perform a Max Setup in Diagnostic Mode (to perform PROCON On/Off and other routines).

very bad Scan / Copy Results C60 - is the scanner defect?

Hello, everyone,

I am from Germany and recently purchased a used Xerox C60 with Fiery EX-i and light production finisher from an authorized Xerox dealer.

As far as I am somewhat satisfied with the print, I am not at all enthusiastic about the scan and copy result.

The IT professional of this company said the Xerox C60 can't do this better - which I don't want to believe: Gray tones appear yellow-greenish, the yellow tones come - the paler they get. rather dark.

Here are a few comparisons: I finished calibrating the scanner and copied the resulting print again. You can see the differences below.

I also think the resolution is pretty bad for 600 x 600 dpi.

My request - can someone repeat this test and post a photo here?
