Thank you for using the Xerox forum.

The issues you are describing are not usually performed by the user and because of feature enablements it could be more complex.

I would suggest contacting an authorized service center. Request Technical Support

wide format 510dp scanner connection problem

I have an old 510dp with a PUN controller. I had to replace the Main board in the PUN due to a lightning strike. The system would copy but would not see the network so the RJ45 connector was fried. All went well. Repaired coupons and set back up on network. we can print but the scanner will not connect to controller. It just sits on "SE: OK". I have a P. on the scanner son the connection is there. I enable DDS on the web pmt AND on the control panel on printer but once you reboot the setting reverts back to disabled. I replaced the CMOS battery in the PUN but no help. Any ideas on what could be keeping the controller from holding the DDS enabled option? Thanks for the help.
