Thanks for getting back to me...I have tried everything on the E2 Error code list and eliminated all...When turning the power on,,,Auto light is on,, paper reduction light is at 100% ,, left red light flashes, small green light is on and E2 shown on screen...nothing helped! Any more sudjestion ?

work Center XE80 scanning issue

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

The unit worked fine  since I bought it brand new.. Today the scanner stopped helfway not finishing the scac, it looks like the light bar is stuck, flashes once each time I try to restort the machine E2 appears in the window, the red light flashes like it's out of paper but it has paper in it,, Can anyone give me an ideas hot to fix this problem?
