work centre 232h crooked image

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

have a worke centre 232h. I have had xerox repair come and look at machine. Document feeder pulls document so that image is crooked. Happens with big and small scanning jobs. Burney Office Supply said I needed a new document lens? Thoughts on repair is appreciated. I have ongoing xerox maintenance plan.
