Does the same problem occur when you use the ADF(Document Feeder on the top) ?

Or if you put the sheet directly on to the glass?

hi guys

I wanna ask about my machine .. I cant copy full size of a paper .. just a line .. and when I scan the same thing happening .. but when I print throgh usb there is no problem . image for the problem
