I am not sure why you are not able to get results when typing in "scan to application" it works here and brings back as the first case the How To Scan a Document From the Control Panel to an Application in Microsoft Windows (USB Connection... . You may want to try a different browser. If you are using Chrome you may have some odd behavior. I apologize for your frustration and hope you will give it another try with a different browser.
Your support and website have now officially gone SOUTH. I am trying to get information as per this users post below. I go to that web page and search "scan to application". Not one dam search item gets returned but only general terms. So I decide to explore a link and click on it, nothing happens. NONE of the retuned links work. Not ONE...holy crap...how are you supporting your customers. Oh..I figured it out...YOU DON"T.
Xerox is now officially DEAD in my mind. Products not worth the the time and effort to troubleshoot becasue its pointless.

I had my workcentre 3210 set to where I would go to scan, select the scan option to scan to application and then to my documents and it would scan to my computer. Now, whenever I attempt to do that, it says connecting; does nothing and then goes back to the scan mode. It will scan to usb, but I need for it to scan to the my documents file. I have no clue what to do.
