workcentre 3210 scanning problem & network problem

Hi, we have Workcentre 3210 at office, it was working fine til this week.

- It suddenly decided to restart itself when some network partners (we have 7 network partners in total) wanted to print some doc (random docs not specific, and device restarts itself when they try to print, others can print the same doc from same source without any problem). 

- The other problem we faced is, the color scanning was working absolutely fine, and recently it is scanning full red when we choose the color scan option. Grayscale and mono options are working fine, but when it comes to color scanning, it is scanning every color includng black as red.

How can we solve this?
