Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you are following all the steps for setting up scanning on the machine.  If you are still not able to get it to work with Windows 8 please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

workcentre 3220 windows 8 64 bit scanning

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

the network scan software doesnt recognize the networked workcentre 3220.  it shows up and works perfectly on windows 7 64 bit.  i downloaded/installed the windows 8 64 bit software for the 3220 and the printer works just fine.  the scanner driver doesnt install automatically.  i have 8 of the same workcentre 3220 printers and it does not show any of them and they are all connected on the same network.  what should i try next? 

fyi, firewall is disabled, windows defender turned off, no virus scan software.  its windows 8 pro, not 8.1
