the network scan software doesnt recognize the networked workcentre 3220. it shows up and works perfectly on windows 7 64 bit. i downloaded/installed the windows 8 64 bit software for the 3220 and the printer works just fine. the scanner driver doesnt install automatically. i have 8 of the same workcentre 3220 printers and it does not show any of them and they are all connected on the same network. what should i try next?
fyi, firewall is disabled, windows defender turned off, no virus scan software. its windows 8 pro, not 8.1
