Just bought the 6505. Have a shared fax/phone line. Whenever I get a phone call, after 3 rings the fax machine kicks on thinking it's a fax. Consequently the phone connection gets cut off. I've talked to tech support and tried all kinds of different fax settings. Anyone else have this problem?
