You make the folder somewhere on the LAN, typically a server or PC.

Templates on the printer are used to point to the folder on the LAN, this is done via CWIS > Scan > New Template

Be advised, you are pretty much stuck using FTP as the device can't do SMBv2 or 3, and everyone disabled SMBv1 (Apple/Microsoft/Linux) after Wannacry

workflow scanne

Product Name: WorkCentre 5735/5740/5745/5755
Operating System: Windows 7

Hello !

We have a xerox Workcenter printer "5735" , and i was asked to create a scanne folder over network 

the problem is i couldn't find the place where i should make new folder for scanne.

i would be thankfull for any usefull informations on how to create a wokrflow folder.
