workflow scanning - login issues XEROX WorkCentre 7530

I am working with some scanning issues on a XEROX WorkCentre 7530. The issue we have is one user, named receptionist works but others do not. Receptionist doesn't need to login with <domainname>\receptionist but all other users need to login with <domainname><username>.

 

When the file path gets appended with the domain name, it causes errors in the tranport. LDAP is turned off for this environment

 

The path that shows when receptionist scans is \\<username>:docs\\scans

 

All other users show as \\<domainname>\\<username>:docs\\scans

 

The biggest thing we are trying to figure out is how receptionist can login without the domain name but no one else can. Everyone is in the same exact OU and 1 user actually has all the same exact groups and permissions.
