Re: workflow scanning on 5755 error

slyons,

You may want to jot those settings down and then clear your browsers cache. Sometimse after the upgrades it will delete all settings and IE will hold those settings. If everything was working prior to the upgrade I'm starting on the machine side - but you may want to make sure the username/password is correct, server hostname/ip address, share name, ect.

Re: workflow scanning on 5755 error

slyons,

Change the port to 139 - make sure the firewall is disbaled and if you are using a Static IP Address make sure it hasn't changed. I bet the port will fix your issue.

Re: workflow scanning on 5755 error

slyons,

What OS are you scanning to? When doing the upgrade did you apply the patch before the upgrade if there was one? Also, the information you gave us is not an error code. Get back to us and we should be able to get ya fixed up.

Thank you,
Jordan
