There is a know issue with scanning on the SPAR Software Release version 061.121.222.32600 on 75xx. Is there a reason whjy service installed this spar? You might need get service to downgrade the firmware to the public release version.

This is a rights issue with the share. Check your NTFS right under the security tab. Make sure the user has full control of that share.

We have the exact same problem.

Client with +- 100 Xerox MFP's (PH3635, WC57xx, WC75xx).

They moved their fileserver to W2012 DFS.

57xx and 75xx cannot scan anymore, 3635 doesn't have any problems.

So I'm sure it's not a NTFS rights issue.

Called XRX support today, and they seem to be aware of this problem. Should be resolved in the next SPAR, but no release date known yet.

There is a SPAR update available for WC75xx which resolves this issue.

I also received a SPAR for connectkey machines.

Both tested and working!

Just call your regional support desk and ask for CQ155666 (WC75xx) or patch 171086v1 for connectkey machines.
