I'm going to ask a few questions to see if we can get a resolution:

 

  1. Is the 2012 server in a domain? Have you tried the following: DOMAIN\user or PCNAME\user
  2. Did you try hostname and/or IP address?
  3. Did you make sure the firewall is disabled?
  4. Did you make sure the LAN connection was not setup as public but work?

I'm having problems on workflow scanning with win server 2012

machine show to me can't Contact to server
iam use
SPAR Software Release version 061.121.222.32600 on 75xx
and
SPAR Software Release version 061.132.222.35200 on 57xx
