Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for setting up scan and make sure the file format setting has been setup properly.  If this does not fix the issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

xerox 3225 scanning to pc problem

Operating System: Windows 10

I own this fax over a year.

Everytime i was scanning (to pc), i always got the same options: machine id, folder, color/grayscale, pdf/jpeg etc.

One day ago, suddenly, the option "scan to pdf /jpeg/tiff" disappeared and the scanner always chooses to scan to single jpeg.

I searched all the settings and couldn't find any options on that matter.

 

PS: I'm able to scan to pdf by software (easy document creator) but not by using the buttons on the fax machine.
