Take a look around the back of your machine (or on the sides) and try to see if there is a cable that comes from tray 2 or 3 that may plug into the upper portion of the machine. If there is such a cable, turn your printer off. Then unplug that cable that comes from the trays, and plug it back in and make sure it's fully seated. Now, turn your printer back on. Hopefully, this was the problem. Unfortunately, I'm not very familiar with the WC 416. Hopefully, another forum member that is more familiar with this product will read this thread and be able to make other suggestions for you to try.

Hello ede32,
Do you have the latest driver loaded on your computer?
Do you have the specific driver for your 416 pro? What I mean by that is, if you have the Global Driver or the Mobil Driver then that could be a reason why trays 2 & 3 aren't showing up when you print. If you decide to reload your driver on your computer, then you should start by uninstalling the current driver and deleting the 416 pro from your computer. At this point, you can download and install the driver from Xerox.com and it will be a fresh install. This may be your best bet and easiest place to start. Please post back and let us know what you have done and whether it worked or not.

Hi, No display any code.
Hello ede32,
Can you tell me if there is a fault code that appears on the display? It would be the letter 'E' followed by two numbers. Such as E42. If you do see a code like this, please let me know what that code is and I'll try to find out what is wrong. (To find a fault code, press the [Stop] and [8] button on the Control Panel at the Same Time.)
