We were previously able to scan to usb, but the option doesn't appear anymore when we choose "Scan".
Is there any admin parameter to enable/disable scan to usb? I have been looking everywhere for some documentation on this and couldn't find anything.
Thank you for using the Support Forum. To enable the USB Scan follow these steps:
If the scan button is not showing on the User Interface / screen please follow these instructions to turn it on.
USB scanning is accessed through the Workflow Scanning Icon
1. Open CWIS.
2. Click the [Properties] tab. Log in as administrator. (default username is admin, password is 1111)
3. Click on [Services] on the left side of the page to expand the list of options
4. Click on [Display] under Services
5. On the right side select [Show/Hide]
6.Select the box beside [Workflow Scanning] to put a check in the box and show the icon on the UI
8. Close page
