xerox 7845 scan and fax stuck in processing---Please help!

Have a look at THIS

You can remove selected jobs while keeping the incoming fax, if the fax is not the problem.

Pleae help! I got staff reported some of her scanned files didn't send through email, but stuck in process status. I also found an incoming fax stuck in process. want should I do without missing the incoming fax but process the all stuck jobs? Many thanks!!
