Officially, I always recommend a technicican come out and Service the machine, especially if you buy it used. A standard "Alt-Boot" Service call will roll the machine back to Day 1 defaults, and it will insure none of the previous customers data is left on the machine.

hello, i want to make you a question

I bought a second hand xerox copycentre 255 ans it has the passwords changed. I tried the default (1111) and it does not work

then I tried the combination of # and acces key and when it ask me a code I put 1934

then it enters to a menu. Now, I should press other diagnostic routines to reset the pin... but when I press it ask me for another password! I tried there 1111 and 1934, and they don't work!

Please, tell me what kind of reset I can do right now to solve it because the solutions on internet does not work...
