xerox workcenter 7225 black print problem

It could be the R1 drum cartridge which is the black drum cartdrige.

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for removing and re-installing the cartridge. Also make sure that both pieces of packing tape have been removed if this is s new cartridge.   If the problem continues please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

We cant print black characters.  all the other colors are fine, we checked the cartridges they'r fine, we cant see any problem, our it department cant solved it either. we cant print documents because of this problem, colored symbols logos print fine but black letters wont print. we're in a funny situation documents are look like a ghost with out the letters
