Thank you for your message.
I trust that some (many?) other features in FF Core also rely on Callas pdfToolBox features, but took the time to be localized.
Do you know, if this specific one committed any crime, that condemned it to remain in English / Inches?
A Callus Preflight profile is used "under the hood" to perform the bleed functionality. When build a preflight profile one measurement unit is selected. In this case, inches was selected and hence the .125" or 1/8" is presented on the GUI.
During a demo with a prospective customer, whose usual unit of measure is millimeter,
Whereas the Administration > Region setting is properly set to "Millimeters" and most Workflow Step settings properly bear "mm" next to the relevant input text boxes,
We realized that the Optimize Step "PDF > Mirror Bleed when no Bleed" and "PDF > Pixel Replication Bleed when no Bleed" settings come without any unit of measure, and that the value you enter is due to be in Inches only:
Is this on purpose?
Edited: and BTW, I am only realizing now that the term "Width of Bleed" is not localized, in FreeFlow Core non-English UI such as French.
