The following workflow will automate prepress required to prepare the NCR pads

The Insert Pages component duplicates the 1 page pad file based on the requested quantity. The number of pages in the resultant file will match the requested quantity.

The Page Numbers are added next.

The pads are then imposed 8up cut & stack

Finally, the imposed pages are duplicated to match the number of parts in the NCR stock. In this case the NCR stock is 2 part so each page is duplicated once.

8up NCR imposition with page numbering

Recieved question via email.

 

Customer received orders for pads that have to be numbered and printed on NCR paper.

They need the pads imposed 8up in duplicate with unique numbers for each pad.
